Mark IIII is HIOSI software that lets you create and operate your own personalized digital assistant on your Windows computer. You name it. You shape its personality. You decide — folder by folder, file by file — exactly what it's allowed to touch. And it keeps a receipt for everything it does.
Most AI assistants ask you to hand over your computer and hope for the best. Mark IIII is designed the other way around — every boundary is explicit, every action is approved, and nothing is ever silently changed.
Name, role, greeting, personality, theme, accent colour — the assistant is yours, not a fixed mascot.
No folder is ever authorized automatically. You grant access through the native Windows picker, and you can revoke it any time.
File-changing work starts as a proposal. Nothing runs, copies, or builds until you explicitly approve it.
Files are copied, never moved or overwritten. Every completed action produces a versioned receipt for audit.

Completed actions produce versioned JSON receipts, stored and auditable. If it happened, there's a record.
Where it stands, honestly: Mark IIII is in its functional-foundation stage and heading into production. The permission system, proposal workflow, file intake, search, and the Forge engine are working today. Conversation, natural-language task execution, long-term memory, and companion apps are on the roadmap — planned capabilities, not current claims. When we say it does something, it does it.
